DEFINING THE OBJECTS OF SEARCH WHILE PREPARING FOR SEARCHING IN CRIMINAL APPLICATIONS RELATED TO EDGE WEAPONS USAGE OR PHYSICAL INFLUENCE TOOLS

Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the current theoretical and law applying problems of forensics, which attracted scientists’ attention and is being widely lit up in scientific literature. The authors paid attention to the solution on the theoretical level of the problems concerning the defining the objects while preparing for search conducting in criminal applications related to edge weapons usage or tool of physical influence. It has been stated in particular that the aim of search conducting is the key aspect for the investigator to define while conducting the organizational – preparatory actions for search conducting. The authors specify that search conducting may be a constituent part of the tactical operation «The search admitting with a negative result», the idea of which is that there exist a number of different objects of search. Operational observation involves finding out a greater spectrum of the places of hiding which leads to conducting effective searches. The authors come to the conclusion that in some cases while preparing for search conducting, defining the object of the search is specified by the aim of conducting this investigating (searching) action. So, there may be no object of the search at all, taking into account everything mentioned above.
