Delay Study in the Construction Project: An Overview
Journal Title: International Journal of engineering Research and Applications - Year 2017, Vol 7, Issue 7
Abstract
“Scheduling” is the word when it came in our mind it means the time table and most important thing is that, works should be done in time, but even if we try everything to keep our time table in schedule some of the factors that cause us late by increasing our time, they are called “DELAY FACTOR” and the time increase by them, known as “DELAY”. DELAY is the factor which is responsible for every other factors which cause lose of time, money etc. especially the most prominent loss of time and money causes by delay factors is in construction. Today construction growth in the world is increasing day by day. In every part of the world an ongoing construction can be seen, so it is very important to keep every construction on time, but quite often it is not possible because many sub-factors from different main factors cause delay and keep the construction behind the time in comparison of schedule time. The main focus of this paper is to determine the current and most responsible Delay factors by methods of MCDM and by arranging and listing them, with the recommendation to minimizing them.

Spectral correction for attenuating retroactivity in synthetic biology networks
The reliability of synthetic biology systems is challenged by the undesired retroactive signals transmitted by the downstream modules to the upstream modules. These retroactive signals modify the input and output signals...
A Novel Approach To Understand The Spatial And Temporal Pattern Of Shifting Cultivation Fields Using GIS Techniques In Longding Division Of Arunachal Pradesh, India
Shifting cultivation, locally known as jhum, is one of the dominant traditional land use system practiced in the uplands of the hilly states of the northeastern region of India, but there is lack of information on the sp...
Hybrid model for Image Encryption and Decryption using RSA, AES, and Affine with XOR Operation
In present scenario, whole world is moving towards digital communication for fast and better communication. But in this a problem arises with security i.e. when we have to transmit information (either data or image) over...
Effect of Soil Flexibility on Analysis and Design of Building
Generally in the analysis and design of multi-story building frame it is assumed that the base is fixed but in actual the structure is ultimately supported on soil which is flexible in nature. This flexibility of soil ma...
Photon Cross Section Studies of Nickel Based Alloys and Special Alloys at Energies 42.0 Kev - 59.54 Kev And 145.4 Kev – 661.6 Kev.
The Photon cross section studies of nickel based alloys and special alloys are measured using gamma ray spectrometry based NaI (TI) scintillation detector with four energies, i.e., 42.0 KeV, 59.54 KeV and 145.4 KeV, 661....
