Delegation of authority as an element of reengineering of the processes of providing public services at the local level

Abstract
The article is devoted to the important aspects of the implementation and implementation in the domestic practice of delegation of authority in management activities, which is part of the reengineering of the processes of providing public services at the local level. The complexity of the present day management processes that take place in socio-economic relations in the era of dynamic change leads to the understanding that the sole management of the organization is not only a relic of the past but is also a manifestation of ineffective management models and requires new approaches in the management system, management of the organization and offered its own. The professionalization of management activities is an important рrerequisite for the development of public administration at all levels, and especially at the local level. The use of management techniques for delegation of authority within the organization and monitoring of their implementation is possible in the presence of a sufficient level of professionalism of the manager, subordinated to the managers of the middle level and subordinated structural units, which is an important component of the style of public management activity and radically changes the management system, based on the application of the methodology of reengineering.
