Delimitation of financial law and civil law

Abstract
The article presents some results of the investigation of the problem of delineation of financial and civil law. It is proved not only the possibility, but also the need for a clear delineation of these two branches of law. The attempts to prove the impossibility of such a delimitation due to the destruction of the boundary between financial and civil law in the process of development of public relations are critically evaluated. The author gives examples of differentiation and definition of the contents of the norms of financial and civil law in those cases when civil law norms are formulated in acts of financial legislation, as well as in cases when the same normative provision simultaneously establishes the rule of financial law and civil law.
