Abstract
The analysis of the activity of competent law bodies in the chapter on the qualification of illicit facts highlights a number of problems and uncertainties in the qualification of the act as vandalism or hooliganism. To this end, we consider it appropriate to draw a distinction between these two offenses which are provided in one and the same chapter of the CP special part.
