Delivery of the holding politicians in the spherical social security of servicemen that the participants of ATU

Abstract
The article defines the concept of social protection of servicemen, which is specified in Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On social and legal protection of servicemen and members of their families” [1]. The list of social benefits of servicemen and ATU participants is dis- played. A number of problems have been formulated that require improvement and an ur- gent solution. The key directions of activity of state authorities regarding the improvement of the state policy of social protection of servicemen and ATU participants were determined.
