Democratic political stability: structure of security calls

Abstract
In the article the content of the security challenges of democratic political stability is defined. It is proved that the disclosure of the structure of security challenges, or their ranking by values, duration and sources, provides opportunities for making recommendations for the leaders of states as well as democratic political community.
