Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано підстави віднесення фермерів до категорії середнього класу. Розглянуто діючі напрями державної підтримки фермерських господарств в Україні. Зроблено висновок про недостатній рівень державної підтримки та досліджено зарубіжний досвід у цій сфері. Запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення механізмів державної підтримки фермерських господарств в Україні.
