THE MECHANISM OF TRANSFORMATION OF MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE: THEORETICAL BASIS

Abstract
In the article the theoretical analysis of the concept of the mechanism in the theory of management is conducted. The definition of the mechanism of transformation, as a holistic interconnected process of transformation of management structures, is proposed. It is shown the relationship between the transformation mechanism and the transformation process. It is formulated components of the mechanism of transformation of management structures. Taking into account the given material in practical work will help to improve the quality of construction of the management structure.
