DESCRIPTION OF THE CLINICAL CASE OF ZOLLINGER-ELISON SYNDROME IN A THERAPEUTIC CLINIC

Abstract
A clinical case of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome in a 44-year-old man is described. An assessment of the clinical manifestations of the disease. Confirmed the need to study the level of serum gastrin in the blood in Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It is proved that Helicobacter ріlory-infection in this pathology is absent. For the treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, the administration of high doses of proton pump inhibitors in combination with sedatives is recommended.
