PROBLEMS OF DETERMINATION OF EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS BY TRADER MARK

Abstract

The article deals with the problem issues of the essence of trademarks as objects of intellectual property rights. The definition of the subjects of intellectual property right to the trademark is determined. The essence of the right to use the trademark is disclosed.
