Design a Circular Microstrip Patch Antenna for Dual Band
Journal Title: International Journal of Electronics Communication and Computer Technology - Year 2013, Vol 3, Issue 2
Abstract
This paper presents a circular patch microstrip antenna operate in dual band (1.66 GHz and 2.777GHz). The proposed Circular patch antenna will be in light weight, flexible, slim and compact unit compare with current antenna used in dual band [1]. The paper also presents the detail steps of designing the circular patch microstrip antenna and the simulated result. IE3D software is used to compute the gain, power, radiation pattern, and S11 of the antenna.

Generating Different Mobility Scenarios in Ad Hoc Networks
The purpose of mobility models is to describe typical terminal movement so that the analysis for these purposes can be made. Thus, the movement pattern of users plays an important role in performance analysis of mobi...
40Gbps WDM RoF PON System Based on OFDM
In this paper, an effort is made to analyze the integration of direct detection optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (DDO-OFDM) with wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) to reach high data rates of 40...
Segmentation of Lungs, Fissures, Lobes from Chest CT Images and Analysis
Pulmonary Segmentation of lungs from chest CT images is useful in diagnosis of abnormalities and surgery planning. Lung is segmented from chest CT using iterative thresholding method. Further processing is carried out to...
Design Of Wide Band Microstrip Bandstop Filter With Open-Circuited Stubs For Wireless Communication Applications
Filters play an important role in most RF and Microwave applications. Currently, the electromagnetic spectrum is limited, and the applications are restricted to occupy just a portion of frequency range without affecting...
Analysis of Extremely Low VSWR Characteristics of Feed Network of Rectangular Microstrip Patch Antenna
This paper describes extremely low VSWR characteristics of coaxial and microstrip feed networks for slotloaded rectangular microstrip patch antennas. Both Inset feed and coaxial feed from the ground plane are considere...
