Design and Performance Analysis of Parallel Hybrid Electric Tractor Transmission Parameters

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of excessive stalls number,complex operation and low traction efficiency of high power wheeled tractors,the relevant parameters of 132 k W parallel hybrid tractor power system,coupling systems and powertrain systems were reasonably designed based on the operating feature of tractor,the powertrain principle of parallel hybrid tractor and load characteristics under plowing conditions. Taking the Dongfanghong-1804 high power wheeled tractors as the test object,combined with the given output characteristics and implementation control scheme,the theoretical traction characteristics of the designed parallel hybrid electric tractor were compared with the traditional tractor. The results show that the theoretical traction characteristics are improved,including traction efficiency,slip rate characteristic,power output characteristics,traction power characteristics and running speed characteristics. The traction performance is better. The dynamic property and the econornical efficiency are enhanced. The excessive number of stalls is reduced,which is conducive to the structure simplification and manipulation of the transmission system.
