Design and Test of Operation Parameter Monitoring System for Deep Ploughing and Subsoiling

Abstract

In view of the lack of effective monitoring means for the operation area and operation quality of deep ploughing and subsoiling, a new method of detecting operation quality parameters based on satellite positioning and wireless communication was proposed.The mathematical model was constructed, and the operation depth was detected by using angle sensor.The information parameters such as operation position, operation speed and operation area were measured by satellite positioning technology.The data path and wireless communication processes were designed.The test system was set up based on Linux system.The test results show that when the depth of ploughing is 33 cm and the average depth of ploughing is 32.5 cm, the variance only is 1.98.The average control rate of tillage area is 97.65%, and the minimum control rate is 95%, which satisfies the requirements of system design.
