DESIGN OF A PAINTING ROBOT WITH HOLLOW NON-SPHERICAL WRIST
Journal Title: Open Journal of Mechanical Engineering (OJME) - Year 2016, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
Painting robot is one of the key systems for automobile manufacturing, thus its structural design and safety check have significant value in industrial circles. To facilitate the layout of pipeline and reduce the bending of pipe, a painting robot with hollow non-spherical wrist is presented in this paper. Based on the overall structure scheme of the painting robot, the transmission path in the hollow non-spherical wrist is analyzed, and the transmission ratio of each kinematic pair is calculated. Then, the 3D model of the painting robot is established using Solid Works, and the safety check of main arm and forearm is done using Ansys. The research of the painting robot with hollow non-spherical wrist will lay good foundation in further research of painting robot.

CENTER OF GRAVITY DETECTION FOR RAILWAY CARS
Three-dimensional detection of the center of gravity (D3DCG) is an innovation to prevent rollover accidents of moving objects because D3DCG can detect the center of gravity without measuring either the weight (m) or spri...

DISCUSSION AND RESEARCH OF SPARE PARTS CONSUMPTION RULE
In this paper, through making a analysis of the structure of series system, we establish the spare parts consumption models of serial systems when the working lives of units fit exponential distribution, spare parts cons...
GENERAL MODELS AND APPLICATIONS OF SPARE PARTS CONSUMPTION FORECASTING
On the basis of various unit maintenance polices when the equipment is under inspection or under different levels of repair, the multi-maintenance policies based consumption rule of spare parts is studied. In addition, t...
STUDY OF OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE BEHAVIOR OF WHEELED MOBILE ROBOTS UNDER THE SIMULATION OF HUMAN LOGICAL AND IMAGINARY THINKING
We propose that using the simulation of human imaginary thinking yields better results than logical thinking in the study of obstacle avoidance behavior of wheeled mobile robots. The simulation of human imaginary thinkin...
