Design of an Innovative Kitchen System for People with Physical Disabilities

Abstract
Taking into consideration the special needs of people with physical disabilities, this paper presents an innovative design of an adaptive kitchen system. The components of this system are described and an experimental case is considered in order to compare this innovative system with the classical kitchen model.
