DESIGNING OF ELECTROMAGNETIC SYSTEMS FOR PULLEY SEPARATORS. PART 3. ALGORITHM OF SYNTHESIS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC SYSTEM OF PULLEY SEPARATOR

Abstract

Purpose.The problem of synthesis of an electromagnetic system of a pulley separator is formulated, as the problem of determining such sizes of poles and magnetizing winding, which ensure creation by the designed device at a given depth of extraction of the necessary parameter of the extracting force. Methodology. As a result, of analysis of the construction of a typical electromagnetic pulley, the choice of initial dimensions for design is justified. A technique for solving the synthesis problem of the devices under consideration is proposed. Results. An algorithm for solving the problem of synthesis of electromagnetic pulley separators of the classical design is developed. Originality. It is a joint solution of the magnetic circuit and heat balance equations. This solution is supplemented by calculating the electrical parameters of the magnetizing coil. Practical value. A scheme of the described algorithm is presented, which forms the basis for solving the problem of synthesis of the electromagnetic system of a pulley separator of the structure under consideration.
