Abstract
. Furdychko, N. Palianychko. Determinants of financial provision of sustainable agricultural land use. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological foundations and recommendations for nature conservation resource potential of agricultural land and establish financial security determinants of sustainable land use. Purpose - based systematization determinant of financial security sustainable level of agricultural land to prove the integrated environmental and economic processes the impact of land use in all spheres of society. Methods. Analysis and synthesis, abstract logical, statistical analysis, graphic. Results. The effective achievement of sustainable land use requires a certain amount of financial resources, which in turn makes it possible to ensure an acceptable level of agro ecological security of the region. In this context, the question arises systematization of indicators of various aspects of the consistency and the comprehensiveness of spatial economic and social development during the agricultural production. And at the same moment these indicators are financial determinants (indicators) of sustainable land use level in the organizational-economic, socio-economic and ecological and economic aspects. The study showed that within the last group, the determinants easy to organize in a hierarchical scheme that describes the mutual influence between spatial and technological components. The effectiveness of the reduced system requires smooth functioning of regulatory and legislative framework under financial support for social and industrial attitudes. The complex of these factors, besides increased production positively affects the reduction of contamination of environment components and improve the quality of agricultural products, and in the end, to improve the health status of the population. Group technological determinants characterizes the balance of agricultural enterprise, which positively affects welfare, reducing the outflow of human resources, improvement of the demographic situation in the region. In turn, ensuring of the balanced land use initiates the lounch of new agricultural technologies, renewal of agricultural machinery, that stimulates all economy in the country.
