Abstract

The article discloses the specifics of state regulation of international trade in the conditions of globalization of the world economy. The main vectors of regulation are described from the point of view of protecting national interests in the domestic and foreign markets. The possibilities of development of state regulation of international trade under the operation of transnational corporations, international trade associations, specialized world trade organizations are estimated. The possibilities of effective integration in the world space with the orientation of the state to protect their own commercial interests are determined. The realities of the current cycle of development of human civilization are becoming increasingly global in the development of economic processes, so the modern system of regulation of international economic exchange operates not only on the basis of decades of exhausted mechanisms in the form of tariff and non-tariff methods and instruments (price, license, quota), anti-compensatory and anti-dumping taxes. An important component of national development strategies in the context of global institutionalization is the effective interaction of states in the work of international economic organizations, among which the World Trade Organization, which regulates the system of international movement of goods, services related to trade in investments and products of intellectual property for almost 150 -that countries of the world., is the most influential. That is, two vectors of the formation of regulatory policy can be singled out: the protection of its own market niche in the world economy and the development of innovative production for obtaining new markets for goods in the global economy.
