СОЦІАЛЬНА ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЬ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ: СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН, ПРОБЛЕМИ І ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ

Pakhucha E.V., Ponomarova M.S. Social responsibility of agrarian enterprises: current state, problems and trends of development. Taking into account the socio-economic importance of business social responsibility the necessity of its development and integration into the strategy of modern enterprises development are a special focus of the state. The main direction of social responsibility introduction is the development of standards and measures that would stimulate the business to this responsibility. The essence of social responsibility of the agricultural enterprises is examined in the article. The necessity of introduction and development of social responsibility, its integration into the strategy of modern enterprises and the need for assistance in the process of implementing the policy of social responsibility on the part of the state are determined. The main problems of introducing social responsibility into the domestic agricultural enterprises are investigated. The basic principles and factors influencing the formation of social responsibility of the agricultural enterprises are determined. The main projects and directions of social responsibility at the example of 10 Ukrainian main agricultural holdings are investigated. The most common practices of social responsibility introducing at the enterprises of Ukraine are systematized. The main incentives and motives for introducing social responsibility by the domestic enterprises are identified. Social responsibility of the agrarian enterprises is the voluntary and deliberate fulfillment and observance of social norms, meeting the social needs of workers and partners of the enterprise and other members of the society; and in the case of these norms violation it envisages the sanctions provided by them.
