Abstract
Ponomarоvа M.S. Regional development facility for the provision of national interests. The food industry is an important part of the agro-industrial complex. It includes industries whose enterprises produce food, as well as soap, tobacco, perfumery and cosmetic products, etc. However, the low returns of the natural resource potential used in agriculture are explained primarily by the lack of an effective owner, the lack of management of the land, the imperfect production technologies, the non-observance of scientifically sound farming norms, the misguided practice of maximizing land use to cultivation, the inadequate use of mineral fertilizers, and unfounded Price policy, lack of sufficient quantity of agricultural machinery and its low quality, is not fulfilled pits environmental measures. Under current conditions, the government risks losing the trust of the people if it does not find the best ways, forms and methods of combining state and personal interests, reconciling them with the national and regional interests of our country. The undeniable task of any state in the system of national interests is to ensure food security, to ensure the effective functioning of society, internal stability, social harmony, which emphasizes the importance of the food industry and its provision in the framework of development and action of regional policy. Food security is the main level of food security for a nation and a society that guarantees the social stability and political interests of society, the development of the nation, and economic growth. The index of industrial production in 2016, the percentage of the corresponding period of the previous year has significant fluctuations in all regions of the country. One of the main tasks faced by food industry enterprises is satisfaction of consumer demand by offering a wide range of quality products. As the main coordinator of the socio-political system, the state must fulfill its main task, which is to support national interests, ensure food security, and ensure human rights. A powerful food industry is a prerequisite for ensuring the national interests of the state and its regional development. Key words: food industry, food security, regional status, national interests.
