Abstract

Ivanchenkov V.С. Overview analysis of the innovative development of frozen consumption industry enterprises. The article provides an overview analysis of the state of innovation development of the enterprises of the fruit and vegetable canning industry. As a result of the research, the matrix of innovation attractiveness of the enterprise is developed, which shows the interconnection of innovative opportunities, constraints and risks, based on the components of the innovative potential of the enterprise. At the same time, it is determined that the innovative attractiveness of canning industry enterprises is the idea of the innovative potential of the enterprise in terms of its potential, constraints and risks. In the context of the economic and political crisis in Ukraine, there is no clear systemic approach to developing a strategy for the economic development of the food industry. It should be noted that the fruit and vegetable canning industry requires constant and unceasing attention, as production, which is characterized by a variety of raw materials, a multitude of technological processes and their parameters. In addition, the production of canned food is closely linked with the development of the agro-industrial complex as a whole, because it depends on the quality and availability of agricultural raw materials.
