ДІАГНОСТИКА СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА АГРОБІЗНЕСУ ТА ШЛЯХИ ЇЇ УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ

Abstract
L.V. Shovkun, Yu.V. Pashchenko Diagnosis of the management system of the agribusiness enterprise and ways to improve it. Diagnostics of efficiency of control system of enterprise is the important element of development of project and planned administrative decisions, that allows to define the level of progressiveness of operating management, projects or planned events that is developed on an enterprise. She is conducted for creation of modern control system or improvement of existing that would provide the high competitiveness of enterprise on internal and foreign markets. Efficiency of control system of enterprise can be estimated on the stage of planning of enterprise, at research of control system of operating enterprises and for planning and realization of events on the improvement of management. General efficiency of management an enterprise consists of efficiency of management separate functional subsystems - marketing and sale, by human capitals, by financial resources, by a production, logistic and others like that, and also in a considerable measure depends on that, how the balanced management all subsystems at the level of general management. Efficiency of control system must be examined in the cut of different subsystems of enterprise of such, as: subsystem of bringing in of resources; effective use of resources of enterprise; coordinations of biznes-procesiv; to control in all spheres of activity of enterprise; cilepolyagannya enterprises; making decision; motivations of personnel; estimations of activity of enterprise; prognostication and others like that . In the article the expounded results of research, possibility and ways of improvement of control system of enterprise of agribusiness. Certain suggestions are given in relation to diagnostics of control system of enterprises of agribusiness on principles of methodology of EFQM, that allows to estimate the initial state of control system by an enterprise, define strengths and weaknesses, identify productive processes on an enterprise and work out the plan of events in relation to perfection of quality of control system on the basis of an offer algorithm of search of strategic decisions, that allows to accumulate experience of enterprises in the field of quality of control system. Fundamental conceptions and model of EFQM make methodological basis for the European level of determination of efficiency of control system by an enterprise.
