ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ ВИННОГО ГАСТРОТУРИЗМУ ШЛЯХОМ КЛАСТЕРИЗАЦІЇ

Voit D., Didenko D., Kolodrub Y. Perspectives of the development of wine gastronomic tourism by clusterization. Nowadays tourism is an important branch of the economy of any country, including Ukraine. More active kinds of rest come in place of a passive one. Choosing a trip tourists are becoming more interested in history and culture directions. One of these new kinds of tourism is wine gastronomic tourism. Today in Ukraine, wineries are independent units that compete with each other and do not cooperate with the enterprises of related industries. However, in order to continue developing both companies and tourism, we need to understand the importance of integrating these things. The relevance of the researched topic is due to the slow development of tourism and the lack of understanding of the need to implement a cluster approach in the tourism industry of Ukraine. The article deals with the theoretical aspects of clustering and gastronomic tourism. The definition of this concept is also given. During the analysis it was revealed that Ukraine has 9 macro and 46 micro zones of growing grapes that suggest that Ukraine is able to produce wine in large amount and to present many exclusive brands to the market. Creating a tourism cluster is substantiated for the development of the Black Sea region of Ukraine. We believe that a successful example of a spatial regional cluster for the Black Sea region of Ukraine is a tourist route which is not only thematically built, but also has a planned program and scheduled time providing a range of services that most fully satisfies the needs of tourists in a variety of services and provides a close connection of all the participants in a holistic system. We offer a tourist route "Wineries of the South." This tour lasts for 2 days and includes four wineries: The Prince Trubetskoy Winery, Beykush Winery, Koblevo, the Center of wine culture “Shabo”. The result of clustering in tourism will be the development of tourism infrastructure, an increase of the number of tourists, the development of tourist and recreational areas, the development of new types of tourist products, increase in the number of jobs and wages. So, the creation of tourist clusters is a required condition for the development of the tourism industry in the region.
