ОСОБЛИВОСТІ КАПІТАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЛЮДСЬКОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ АПК

Abstract

O.V. Bilskaya. Features of capitalization of human potential in the the agro-industrial complex. The purpose of the work. Certainty with the spirit and interdependence of the categories of "human capital" and "human potential", which it's possible to start a systemic change and to narrow the scope of the asocial practices in the agricultural enterprises on attraction of owners of individual human potential in conditions of transition to innovative model of development. Methodology. For the solution of the tasks used several General scientific methods, namely analysis and synthesis with critical assessment of the approaches of domestic and foreign authors regarding the nature of "human capital" and "human potential" systemic-structural in the design stages of the formation of the "human potential" and its transformation in "human capital" and Vice versa, generalization in the justification bonatto terminology "human potential" and its capitalization, in terms of production, abstract and logical in the implementation of theoretical generalizations and forming conclusions. The results of the study are as justified the author's version of essence of concepts "human capital" and "human potential" and their interdependence and interdependence; the opening mechanism for the formation of the "human potential" and its transformation in "human capital" and Vice versa through the study of stages of change; research sectoral structure of the national economy concerning the distribution of individuals who carried out the capitalization of individual human potential throughout 1990 and 2015; the allocation problems of capitalization of human potential in the agricultural enterprises with concurency objective and subjective reasons and opportunities to mitigate their negative impact. Practical implications. Ordering of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of "human capital" and "human potential" will contribute to a more obstinate substantiation of measures on formation of the productive abilities of people and exclude from the practice of control of the situation relatively unprofessional addressing capitalization of income opportunities and thereby ensure social progress. Value/originality. Scientific and practical significance of the developments is that they provide the basis for theoretical and methodological justification of formation processes of the "human potential" and their alignment with the capabilities capitalization the ability to work, and should change the welfare of the population.
