ФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ХАРЧОВОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ

Abstract

T.V. Konstantinova Formation of the system of strategic management of food industry enterprises. The article investigates the scientific approaches to the formation of the system of strategic management of food industry enterprises in the conditions of economic instability. It is proved that rationally constructed system of strategic management allows enterprises of food industry to coordinate prospects and resources of their balanced complex development and to overcome the negative effects of changes in the environment. At the same time, the coordination of programs for the development of the company's activities is not determinative, since the interconnection and coordination of various programs is realized through a mission and a system of strategic goals that are limiting. Key words: strategy, development, system of strategic management, development strategy of the food industry enterprise.
