DETERMINANTS’ INDICATOR OF PEDAGOGICAL TOLERANCE LEVEL AMONG PEDAGOGICAL STAFF WITH A DIFFERENT MOTIVATION TO SUCCEED

Abstract

The article is devoted to the empirical singling of determinants’ indicators of pedagogical tolerance level among pedagogical staff with a different motivation to succeed. This article describes the results of multiple regression analysis, what means identification of the most significant prognostic determinants of indicator of pedagogical tolerance among workers with different motivation to succeed, the definition of basic determi- nants of pedagogical tolerance of personality
