Determinants of service quality perception of educational services stakeholders perspective

Abstract
The paper presents the main aspects of the educational services. Authors described key determinants of this type of services. There are also identified main groups – internal as well as external - this type of services stakeholders. For each of these groups there were described their expectations and implications as well as conclusions needed to perform educational services.
