DETERMINANTS OF THE FORMATION OF AN EFFECTIVE SOCIALLY ORIENTED LABOR MARKET

Abstract
The article discusses the features of the formation of socially-oriented labor market. Special attention is paid to such components of institutional support as state regulation, social partnership and social responsibility of employers. Government regulation is considered necessary to guarantee the provision of a basic level of social protection in the labor market. Social partnership as the interaction of representatives of employees, employers and government representatives is considered as the next level of institutional development of the socially-oriented labor market. The social responsibility of employers is analyzed as a third stage of development based on the own initiative of enterprises and organizations. A generalized model of the institutional triad of the socially oriented labor market is proposed and factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of its functioning are analyzed.
