DETERMINATION OF STATOR RESISTANCE OF INDUCTION MOTORS ON STARTING CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
Purpose. Determination of a torque of the asynchronous engine is important for increase in indices of use of the electric power. This task can be solved on condition of reliable identification of value of the active resistance of the stator of the asynchronous engine. Methodology. The method based on measurement and processing of phase tension and currents in the course of start of the asynchronous engine is by the most acceptable method for determination of the active resistance of the stator. Results. Operability of the offered method on mathematical model is proved. Accuracy of determination of active resistance of the stator by results of mathematical modeling is equal to 0.26 %. The possibility of substitution of the ideal integrating link by the equivalent aperiodic link with an element of transport delay in case of integration of sine signals is probed. The possibility of substitution of the ideal integrating link by the equivalent aperiodic link with an element of transport delay in case of integration of sine signals was investigated. It is shown that the active resistance of the stator can be calculated as the relation of a constant component of integrated function of voltage to a constant component of integrated function of current. Determination of a constant component of an integral signal of power voltage comes down to searching of amplitude and initial phase of integration of a signal of voltage. Definition of a constant component of an integrated signal of current of the stator comes down to search of parameters of an aperiodic component of starting current of the stator. Experimental research of the offered method of determination of active resistance of the stator in laboratory conditions are executed. Originality. Accuracy of determination of active resistance of the stator by results of mathematical modeling is equal to 7.8 %. Practical value. Accuracy of determination of active resistance can be increased by a preliminary filtration of the measured signals of current and voltage, specification of theoretical ideas of a form of an aperiodic component of current of the stator, increase in accuracy of determination of parameters of an aperiodic component of current of the stator on experimental data.
