Determination of stresses in materials with evaporated coatings

Abstract
The paper considers the structure of the stress state in thin ion-plasma coatings and the influence of various factors on the efficiency of structures of this type of coatings. A comparative analysis of theoretical and experimental methods for determination of the main mechanical characteristics of the coatings is carried out, a model of the problem for analytical determination of the stressed state is proposed. A comparison of the results obtained with known models in the framework of the model is made.
