DETERMINATION OF THE ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITY OF PLANTS AND HERBAL TEAS USING THE ANALYZER SIGMA-AOA

Abstract
We approved of the method and device for the potentiometric determination of antioxidant activity of plant extracts and phyto-collection. We show good correlation and Accuracy for measurement of antioxidant activity relative to a standard solution of ascorbic acid at a concentration of 1 mg / ml. Also we have offered the formula for calculation antioxidant activity and have shown a design of the analyzer total antioxidant activity, which can be connected to the computer by means of a microprocessor platform «Arduino».
