METACOGNITIVE COMPONENTS IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE ABILITIES OF MOTOR EDUCATION

Abstract

The abilities as an unit of the human experience are an area where the differences between people are significant. This partition in the human experience is thought to be sensible when it comes to activities which have defined effective criteria. An important part of it is the learning-cognitive activities as well as the motor education. These skills are seen as psychophysiological system for dealing with a complex repeated situation. It is appropriate to study them according to their activity and operational plan.The structure of the skills consists of three groups of components: (1) a sense of a situation, (2) metacognitive actions (deliberate components), (3) simple and complex habits of perceptual, memory and motor nature. In synergetic aspect it is a principle point of interest for us to outline those features of metacognition in solving educational problems of engine issues which accomplish also regulative function in comparison with the others. It is them that are on the focus of our research. They impel analytical and combinatory activity, form sub-targets, initiate volitional efforts towards transformative actions that are new to the experience of the subject. In the ability to solve motor tasks metacognitive component composition is varied.With its development volitional actions get shrunk and many of its components become redundant mental habits or procedures.
