Determining the aerodynamic parameters of transshipment sites on building industry enterprises

Abstract

This article analyzes the results of research kinematic patterns of attachment air masses to the material flows of bulk building materials in the design of building materials receivers and aspiration systems, with complex characteristics using, taking into account the interdependence and interrelation of dust-air mass parameters to receivers and aspiration systems with parameters of material flows. The problems of airflow parameters determining in the transport and processing lines, including the free-falling stream of material, reduced to the determination of the total pressure, volume and air velocity, determining the direction of dust and airflows movement. The purpose of the article is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks in the calculations and design of the handling sites for loose building materials and aspiration systems possible by using complex characteristics that take into account the interdependence and interrelation of air parameters in receiving devices and aspiration systems with material flow parameters. The calculation of the air ejection with flowing building materials in the reloading areas at the construction industry enterprises allows, relatively easy, by using complex characteristics that take into account the interrelation of the parameters of free material jets and air flows, with accuracy sufficient for engineering calculations, to determine the basic aerodynamic parameters of the operation of the reloading sites at the enterprises of the construction industry.
