DETERMINING THE BASIS FOR VALUATION OF THE ENTERPRISES’ VALUE: MANAGERIAL APPROACH

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of determining the basis for valuation of the enterprises’ value based on managerial approach. There are given reasons for the necessity of transforming the basis for valuation of the enterprises’ value into the basis for determining their fundamental and stakeholder value as a specific type of manageable value. There are analyzed the well-known basics for valuation of the enterprises’ value from the point of view of possibilities of their application in order to measure the fundamental and stakeholder value of economic entities. It is established the basis for valuation of the fundamental and stakeholder enterprises’ value for effective implementation of the concept of value-based management at the micro level of the economy nowadays.
