DEVELOPMENT FACTORS OF ADMINISTRATION AND FORMATION SYSTEM OF “GAP BETWEEN STAKEHOLDERS” ON ENTERPRISES

Abstract
Five spheres of influence in business structure were studied and the factors, that shape each of them, were described. Thus, the degree of influence of each element on the enterprise on the sign of "hard" and "soft" factors was explained. It was well-proven that these elements provoke arising of divergences in stakeholders’ interests.
