DEVELOPMENT OF ALGORITHM FOR OPTIMAL RECEPTION OF MULTIPOSITION SIGNALS AT UNKNOWN A PRIORI DATA
Journal Title: Телекомунікаційні та інформаційні технології - Year 2017, Vol 117, Issue 4
Abstract
The article deals with the questions and possibilities of interpreting incoming data, which arrive as an array of sample values, and the possibility of developing an algorithm for forming these messages depending on the degree of detail. The proposed algorithm for detecting a signal against a background of impediments illustrates the comparison of parametric and nonparametric methods of approach to the reception of signals. An analysis of these signal detection methods shows that the investigated list of invariant transformations is not exhaustive, but it confirms the ambiguity of the choice of transformations of the array. The criterion for this choice is not only the study of given invariant properties of the level of unlikely alarms to the type of distribution, but also the maximum possible storage of the necessary information about a signal that allows it to be detected.

Recovery of the telecommunications functioning in emergency situations
In the article problems associated with the recovery of the network after the emergency are reviewed, the basic criteria for optimal recovery of telecommunication services are defined. The necessity of the development of...
Is there a perfect steganographic hiding of information exchange?
We consider the classical problem of steganography – organization of maximal hidden (secret) information transmission via insecure channels. There is a fundamentally important aspect in this task,i.e.protection from iden...
Object visual tracking methods analysis for usage in real time systems
For several years the sparse coding model has been widely used for visual tracking. This model has good accuracy, but low speed. The focus on adaptation/development of visual tracking algorithms that can be applied in re...
