DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN AN ANTICORRUPTION ACTIVITIES AS A PUSH TO REDUCE THE BACKGROUND OF CORRUPTION PHENOMENON IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the role of the international cooperation in the counteracting the challenges of corruption. In particular, the acting multilateral international documents are considered to be the backbone of the improvement of the national anti-corruption legislation. The analysis of background information about Ukrainian experience in anticorruption efforts has been conducted. The Ukrainian achievements of anticorruption combat have been assessed. The review of some aspects of international experience in lawmaking has been provided that is of great practical importance for Ukraine and is actively implemented in the national legislation. Taking Ukraine as the example, the paper shows the positive experience of the adoption of the international practice. The system of the authorities that provide counter-corruption activities in Ukraine has been explored. Nevertheless, the situation with the corruption in Ukraine has not improved too much. The important role of the civil society and non-Governmental sector in the counter-corruption policy has been shown separately. The creation of the Anti- Corruption Committee with the doublelevel system: information with unlimited access and information with limited access, meaning the principle of secrecy has been proposed. It is supposed to be the coordinating body amongst all counter-corruption activities of the stateestablished authorities and the non-Governmental organizations Its detailed structure and potential objectives have been discussed. The nature of its interactions with other bodies of authority has been examined. Only tight cooperation between the state governing bodies, civil society, international organizations and NGO`s, that based on acting and probed international practices can bring to the real shift in the situation on the counter-corruption front.
