DEVELOPMENT OF CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO FORMATION OF STATE POLICY OF DEVELOPMENT OF A NON-STATE PENSION FUND IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Basic principles of the activity of non-state pension funds, which are declared legally are regarded in the article. Risks and threats that may arise in a non-state pension funds activity are examined. The main reasons for the insufficient development of pension funds of the third level of the pension system in Ukraine are outlined in the article. The conceptual provisions of the formation of a state policy of the development of the financial and resource base of the non-state pension fund in Ukraine (conditions, factors, tasks, directions, expected results), which will promote structural change in the non-state pension fund sector, increase its efficiency and competitiveness and, as a result, will influence the growth of the economy and the welfare of the population positively.
