DEVELOPMENT OF COOPERATION OF TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES AS A TOOL FOR PROVIDING THEIR CAPACITY

Abstract
The article deals with the regulatory framework that regulates cooperation of territorial communities in Ukraine. The main goals of local government bodies of the territorial communities, who participates in cooperation agreements, are investigated. Five forms of cooperation of territorial communities operating in Ukraine have been studied. Agreements on cooperation of territorial communities, conducted during 2014-2017 are analyzed and the main tasks, which implementation was related to cooperation of communities, are defined. Directions, which are worth signing agreements on cooperation of territorial communities are determined.
