FEATURES OF MATERIAL FLOW MANAGEMENT IN LOGISTICS SYSTEMS OF TRADE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The theoretical and methodological aspects of logistic management of the material flows of trading enterprises are investigated, as a result the essence of the concept "material flow" is analyzed and its author's interpretation is proposed. The modern logistics toolkit is structured in the context of functional subsystems and key logistic activities for solving specific operational tasks of the enterprise. The necessity of using the system approach for the most rational management of material flows of enterprises is proved.
