ENTREPRENEURIAL ENVIRONMENT AND ITS ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CARPATHIAN REGION

Abstract
The article substantiates that entrepreneurship, or rather, its development, on the one hand, is determined by the presence of entrepreneurial features in a particular person-entrepreneur, and on the other – by external factors that determine the conditions for the formation and functioning of business structures. The components of the entrepreneurial environment and their factors, which have the greatest influence on entrepreneurship in Ukraine, are considered. The problems of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Carpathian region and its role in creation of the gross domestic product and solving the employment problem of the region are revealed
