Development of economic analysis method of the efficiency of rent relations in forestry

Abstract
The article states that the issues relating to the economic analysis of the rent are poorly researched. It has been established that the scientists’ researches cannot be used by state-owned enterprises, and this causes the necessity to search for new approaches to the analytical procedures. The article describes the method of economic analysis of rent for the special use of forest resources, and the use should be based on the following stages: the determination of goals and objectives, the formation of information support, the selection of analytical procedures for assessing the efficiency of rent, the implementation of analytical procedures for rent, the formation of the conclusions about the effectiveness of use and the proposals on improving the use of forest resources. The article presents the calculation of the proposed analytical procedures (rentability, profitability and the profitability of rent) and information provision of their implementation and the possible results concerning the proposals for the introduction of new analytical procedures.
