Development of economic competition in Ukraine in globalization conditions

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of economic competition in Ukraine and in the world in the conditions of globalization. According to the desire of our state for radical changes in all spheres of our life associated with the process of integration into the European community, there is a need for a constant analysis of the state of competition in Ukraine, which envisages the introduction of significant changes in the legal acts, which regulate this issue. In the article, the legal acts, which regulate the relevant relations, both in the national and world markets, were indicated. In these conditions, the question about the use of effective mechanisms that will accelerate the rapid adaptation to these circumstances arises. A certain direction of regulation of the competition in the context of globalization was proposed. It is noted not only the need to intensify the revision of the regulatory framework of our country in competition, but also the modernization of the world law. Thus, the introduction of the article indicates the relevance of the chosen and studied topic. It means that the development of competition is one of the most important tasks of the state's economic policy. Furthermore, the purpose is to identify issues that should be covered in this writing. The aim is to determine the legal basis of economic competition as an object of state regulation. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the laws do not specify the rules of economic competition, which according to the article 92 of the Constitution of Ukraine should be established exclusively by laws. The results include the presentation of the main text, a broad discussion of the issues that are based on the purpose of this the study. The conclusions summarize the work and determine the ways of solving these problems.
