DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVENESS

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the efficiency of the management of organization development and individual elements of company’s current and future activities, which the authors characterize as a “synergic field of innovativeness” of business entities in the circumstances of increasing uncertainty and moving to a knowledge economy. Methodology of research. In the research authors use such methods as: structural and terminology analysis – to put in order scope of definitions describing management of enterprise development regarding to innovativeness; scientific generalization – to systemize and group elements of synergic field of innovativeness; logical – to identify and study the most important factors of innovation. Findings. The article describes the drivers providing efficient innovation development of the enterprise in the context of informatization and intellectualization of the global environment. The factors of influence and key elements of innovation development of companies are identified. The term “synergic field of innovativeness” is defined as both a scope of elements that create innovation and factors and processes of the internal environment contributing to its realization. The influence of the strategy on the innovative development of the company is determined. The definition of intellectual-innovative potential is specified and main factors of innovativeness are examined. Originality. The research defines new term “synergic field of innovativeness” and based on it carries improvements to the methods and technique used for managing the efficient development of enterprises in the circumstances of increasing uncertainty and moving to a knowledge economy. Practical value. A detailed study and structuring “synergic field of innovativeness” let enterprises work out practical managerial approaches to the innovative development including optimization of resources used according to the strategic goals.
