Development of Fault Diagnosis System for Automatic Lubrication of Power Flat Transport

Abstract

In view of the shortcomings of the existing automatic lubrication system,such as high failure rate and backward diagnosis technology,a fault diagnosis method of lubrication system based on fault tree analysis combined with expert system was proposed. By analyzing the fault mechanism of the 125-type power flat transport vehicle lubrication system,the fault tree was established and taken as a diagnostic model to construct the knowledge base. Combined with the corresponding algorithm,the fault diagnosis and location were realized.The experimental results show that the method can realize the monitoring and fault diagnosis of the lubricating system.
