DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE MARKET OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES OF HIGH SCHOOL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Purpose is studying the state of functioning of the infrastructure of the educational services market; solving of problems of modern development of the infrastructure of the educational services market, determination of its influence on the processes of development of the country’s economy. Methodology of research. In the process of research, the following methods were used: dialectic and abstract-logical (knowledge of the essence, features of the study of the infrastructure of the educational services market); bibliographic (studying and processing of scientific works devoted to the aforementioned topic); systemic generalization, comparison (in the study of international and donor programs). Findings. The current state of functioning of the infrastructure of the educational services market was outlined and appreciated. The prospects of development of the infrastructure support of the state regulation of the educational services market are revealed. It was established that the development of the infrastructure of the market for the provision of educational services requires new innovative approaches in the implementation of the educational and scientific process at universities and requires comprehensive provision. It was substantiated that at the regional level, the authorities should actively participate in the creation of educational and research innovation centers in accordance with the request of the region and act, the so-called model of mutual partnership: the higher educational institution industry (industry) the state. The directions of modernization of the state regulation system of the educational sphere of Ukraine are proposed. Originality. It was comprehensive studied of the main components of the formation of infrastructure for the provision of educational services. The infrastructure of the educational market is defined, which is a system of organizations and institutions that provide the movement of goods and services in this market educational training centers, institutes of advanced training, consulting enterprises for training and retraining of personnel, libraries, etc. Practical value. The results of the research can be used in the activity of higher education institutions in substantiating and providing qualitative educational services.
