Development of innovative infrastructure of the Republic of Karakalpakstan: status and problems

Abstract
The article analyzes the innovation infrastructure of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The lack of a regional coordinating authority for innovation development processes, therefore, the lack of a unified policy of cluster interaction of regions and cities of the region in breakthrough areas according to the criterion of creating competitive advantages and clustering of the region also negatively affecting the state of innovation development of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Ways of solving the problems of innovative development in the region. For the further development of innovation infrastructure and implementation of innovative strategies in the region.
