DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE MEASURES TO IMPROVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE NATIVE CONSULTING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article examines the nature and constituent elements of the enterprise management system. Subsystem of the enterprise management system studied: manufacturing, financial, economic, social, marketing, innovation. Measures to improve the management of all subsystems for local consulting companies were identified. The prospects of a successful management system of domestic enterprises were characterized.
