Abstract
У статті розкриті тенденції та вектор розвитку внутрішнього контролю та управління ризиками у Міністерстві оборони України та Збройних Силах України у контексті реалізації завдань визначених Стратегічним обороним бюлетенем України. Основну увагу у статті приділено аналізу Тимчасового порядку організації внутрішнього контролю та управління ризиками у Міністерстві оборони України і Збройних Силах України, який в цілому урегульовує питання внутрішнього контролю в оборонному відомстві. Розкриті причини та передумови розроблення Тимчасового положення, проаналізовано понятійний апарат, структуру та основні положення, зв’язок із загальнодержавними документами, що регламентують питання внутрішнього контролю. Схематично зображено взаємозв'язок між ризик-орієнтованим внутрішнім контролем та оборонним плануванням на основі спроможностей.
